The 2024 Kids’ Choice Awards have officially nominated Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

 

The 34-year-old pop sensation and the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end are on the highly sought-after list of possible winners for the event, which will take place live on Saturday, July 13, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, as PEOPLE can exclusively reveal.

Swift is the most nominated artist of the year with a total of six in the following categories: favourite album, favourite global music star, favourite ticket of the year, favourite female singer, and favourite music collaboration (she is nominated twice).

As a first-time nominee, Kelce faces off against Stephen Curry, Lionel Messi, LeBron James, Cristiano Ronaldo, and teammate Patrick Mahomes for the title of favourite sports hero.

The NFL star is one of more than 50 first-time nominees from a variety of industries, including music, film, television, sports, and more.

The annual ceremony — which will feature new enhanced graphics, high-tech motion capture, and augmented reality — will be hosted by SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke).
