A new property for $19.5 million has been purchased by the Grammy Award-winning rapper, whose legendary “Starships” have reportedly crashed-landed in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley.

We are left with no other choice but to rely on tax records, which show that the roughly 12,000-square-foot home contains eight bedrooms, nine complete bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

A separate guesthouse, a poolside cabana, a saltwater pool with a Jacuzzi, and a Baja shelf for sunbathing are all located in the backyard. The flat, one-acre property features lush lawns, a three-vehicle garage, and significant landscaping for seclusion.

The main house itself has pocketing glass doors that open to multiple patios and terraces, and the upper master suite boasts a private balcony overlooking the rear.

Formerly a quiet, horse ranch-filled area in the Kentucky style, Hidden Hills has recently become a popular destination for celebrities and the rich seeking residential peace, especially musicians and athletes.

The neighborhood is home to several celebrities, including Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Will and Jada Smith, Lori Loughlin, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Simmons, numerous Kardashians, and most of the current squad of the Los Angeles Rams. These days, there are probably more Ferraris and Lamborghinis in the region than horses.
