Beyoncé and Jay-Z spent $200 million USD on their new Californian residence. This house is the second most costly in the entire country and the most expensive that has ever been sold in the state.

According to TMZ , the villa is nearly 30,000 square meters , designed by Tadao Ando – a Japanese architect.
The villa features a full-sized basketball court, staff quarters, a cinema room, a spa, a wellness centre, four outdoor swimming pools, and several outdoor entertainment areas. It also has a 15-car garage.
Floor to ceiling glass panels and expansive concrete passageways characterise Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s L-shaped home.
The large garden ends with a cliff that provides a view of the beach and a swimming pool.

In 2008, Beyoncé and Jay-Z tied the knot. The dynamic pair has fraternal twins Sir Carter and Rumi Carter as well as an 11-year-old daughter named Blue Ivy Carter.
The singer of the popular song “Crazy in Love” and her spouse paid 88 million dollars for a lavish home in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, in 2017. The two spent $26 million on a second Hamptons (Virginia, USA) home the same year.
