Rapper, singer, and actor Drake from Canada just sold his Los Angeles property, YOLO, for $12 million.

 

Among the many amenities this about 12,500 square foot house offers for living the hip hop star lifestyle in celebrity-studded Hidden Hills are a mechanical buTM and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar.

The “you only live once” catchphrase was included in the Beverly Hills Estates listing by Branden and Rayni Williams, which stated that the “YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills.” Perched on a private cul-de-sac with horse trails on three sides, this English Tudor is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern conveniences.

PropertyShark records show that in 2012, the house was purchased by 35-year-old Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, for $7.7 million.
